Intelligent signal processing and analysis
The data processing system uses deep learning algorithms or preset color/material databases to perform multi-dimensional analysis of the collected image signals (such as RGB color values, spectral curves, shape characteristics, etc.), accurately identify target materials and particles of different colors/materials, and locate their coordinates.
High-speed sorting execution
When the system identifies particles that need to be separated, it immediately sends instructions to the jet sorting unit, and the high-pressure air valve opens instantly.
